Wuxi Lingtong Casting Co.,Ltd., established in 2003, is a middle size foundry Wuxi, China. covering an area of 8,000 square meters with more than 80 employees, We have 3 mature casting technologies——Alkaline phenolic resin sand, sodium silicate sand, and precoated sand. We have our own heat treatment equipments and CNC machining centers, which allow us to provide all levels of machining services to our client.
We adopt world-class standard such as ASTM, AISI, GB, DIN, JIS in our casting design and manufacturing. Our annual output is around 3,600 tons, the max single casting weight is up to 2 tons. Casting size range vary from 1/2” to 36”, pressure range from 150LB to 2500LB. Casting material is mainly Stainless Steel, duplex stainless steels, Carbon Steel, Heat-resistant Steel, pressure-resistant steel, Medium & Low Alloy Steel etc.
Strict process control and state-of-the-art technologies ensures reliable supply of quality castings. we has advanced and complete testing machines, including spark Spectrometer, Metal Microscope, Handheld Spectrometer, Brinell Hardness Tester, Omnipotent Tensile Tester, Impact Tester, Sand Strength Tester. we carry out non-destructive inspection: MT, PT, UT and RT.
We implement ISO9001 quality system in our daily management and manufacturing. Our products are exported to Japan, Holland, Australia and America, the quality of our castings are Widely appreciated in China and abroad market. The frames we produce for Japan WKM, are 100% Magnetic particle inspected with zero defect. Holland Stertil B.V., the world’s large car lifting machine manufacturer, have cooperated with us for around 10 years, on main force components of lifting machine.
